We pride ourselves on shipping your orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item has been shipped. Please note: occasionally in-stock items may temporarily go out-of-stock. Rest assured that you will be notified of any shipping delay at the time of your order.
Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made in writing prior to the processing of that order, which is usually within 24 hours. No modifications/cancellations are allowed once an order has been processed.
All orders to US will be shipped by USPS and the international orders will be shipped by FedEx. It takes up to 7 days depending on your location. Shipping charges are added to the price of our products. We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers. Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and it depends on the carrier and may vary accordingly. Perfect Black Dress is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes on any items which are returned to us.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the carrier.
We ship internationally via FedEx International or USPS. Shipping charge will be added to the price of our products. It usually takes 2 to 10 days depending on the destination. Additional time might be necessary for customs clearance. Additional imports, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country’s specific requirements. Perfect Black Dress is not associated with these fees. Any additional fee will be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any customs duties or clearances for all shipments. All international orders are FINAL SALE. This means we do not offer exchanges or refunds and our Return Policy does not apply to international orders.

Upon checkout, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to locations within the state of California.
We will gladly accept returns on any item (except items which are final sale) that is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
For all return requests, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept any return/exchange request over the phone. We require that all merchandise be shipped within 7 days from the date your order was received.
Item(s) will be returned at your expense. The customer will pay the shipping cost for the returns and a restocking fee of 15%. For exchanges only will pay the shipping cost.
If the requests or returned merchandise falls outside the above timeframes, your return will not be accepted.
We do not accept any return/exchange request over the phone.

If the package is in transit by USPS for more than 30 days after the shipment date, please notify us to claim it to USPS. Please do not submit claims for lost packages before 30 days and no after 90 days after the shipment date.
Out Of Stock
The stock changes frequently with the increasing orders, so maybe some items are not available after you finish the payment. I this situation, we will contact you and let you decide whether it could be replaced or cancelled to enable timely delivery. All excess payments including the shipping fee will be credited to your account.
